B. Chung wins The Open wire-to-wire!

H. Lee. CIKOGA Reporter

When B. Chung from Peoria signed up for the tournament, he was expected to win and he delivered it in style. In the past, B. Chung's name appeared in the first page of the leader board in several key amateur tournaments and he proved that he's special. The difficulty of Pete Dye course did not bother him at all.

B. Chung had a truly amazing golf career. He started golf late during his college years and started his first job in NY where he could play at the extremely difficult Bethpage Black numerous times. He said that his best record at Bethpage Black is +1. That score is good enough to be on top 10 if it were posted in 2002 US Open. Tiger was the only one who made under par in 2002 US Open.

He also mentioned that his career best record is -7 and showed his smart phone app that can

analyze his swing from his home practice area. His home practicing setup looked as professional as Golf Channel studio. His dedication to golf set the new CIKOGA major total score of +15. I'm pretty sure that this record will be kept for a long time unless B. Chung appears again

in another CIKOGA major and breaks his own record. I truly hope that he is less busy with his enterprise and can join future events.
