K. Choo sweeps all 3 majors!

The CIKOGA's last major ended with Choo's wire-to-wire win. Choo set a new record of sweeping all three majors in a single year.
On the first day at Harrison Park in Danville, Choo was paired with B. Lee who was placed at 3rd at US Open but missed The Open due to surgery. Choo's new putter worked very well and made par after par and scored 76. On the other hand, B. Lee had a struggle with his short game and shot worse than Y. Lee by 3 stroke. Yim who made two birdies at hole #2 (Par 3) and #5 (Par 5) but his driver did not work well on hole #8 where H. Lee made a birdie. He struggled for the rest of day by misjudging yardage and ended up with the worst round of year of +22. Ko led the second group with his impeccable driver and accurate iron shots.
On the second day at Prairie Vista, it was Yim who led the field with +13 threatening the 3rd position all day long. He started with an opening triple bogey with 4 putts but bounced back immediately with a birdie on Hole #2. Then, he dominated the field with his long and steady driver and clinched another birdie on Hole #17. However, Choi had a solid round without any triple bogey and led the final group. Choi could secure the 3rd position and claimed his first winner's check.
The battle between the top two ended easily because Ko could not overcome 5 stroke deficit and the gap widened by one stroke. Choo made a birdie on hole #4 but had a struggle throughout the day with tricky green speed. Yet, his golf skill is steady and solid enough to claim wire-to-wire win for his final major in 2015.
Will Choo claim the grand slam by winning the 2016 CIKOGA Masters? We will find out in next April.
